Here I am attaching one excercise. In first sheet there is graphical representaion of Salary Structure of Company ABC and at another sheet statistical details of the base data.
I would like to understand
1. What analysis we can draw from this data ?
2. What is Comp Ratio?
3. What are the problems with current Salary structure and how these can be eliminated.

This data need to be analysed viz-a-viz the type of industry this data is for.
Generally, most of the companies prepare salary scales based on the matrix on education and exp.
The salary structure are prepared based on the tax liability i.e. tax structure in that current year.
I can suggest you to do salary survey and get the data for more comparative analysis.
