Heya Guys,
Its said that people leave people but not companies. The first point of dissatisfaction for any employee would be the BOSS. One simple retention strategy is "MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES LOYAL TO YOU AND THERE BY TO ORGANIZATION". Attached is a small doc on this.
Seniors plz suggest what else can be added to this.

I feel more strongly though you have covered it that you need to grow an employee through contant training, skills enhancement and giving him or her chance to do aq work and may do a mistake but point out how it could have been beterred and what effort was given by him is appreciable.

do not criticise. But guide. keep track of your body language. Ofcourse we need to know whether the employee is taking the things to his advantage or is perceiving guidence in negative way. A negative employee if advised repeatedly is not ready to rectify then he or she is not interested in their own good so how can they do good of organisation.

Need to be explained after a level of trying as in an organisation you will not get so much time to do the same thing every time.

But we should have faith. When we recruited someone we had faith so do not loose so easily.

Better recruit with lots of caution and develop an expertise of evaluating the employee

Organisation have started the concept of final recruitment after a short training and knowing who is responding and doing the training well.

Well thats all for the day. We can always keep evolving.

Regards to all n good luck
