Dear Seniors,
My company is a mix of BPO + Software in US Healthcare. I would like to know in the current market scenario what would be the best parameter for increament for current financial year April 2009 to March 2010. Also if someone can provide me with an increament tool, if possible.
Kindly help me ASAP.....it is urgent.

hey amit which part of India you are situated...it depends on the cost of living index also.......like for someone staying in Delhi might get 10% and for bangalore it would be 12% and mumbai would be 11% but if someone is in bhopal or low lying state it could be 6% to 8%

Please see this attachment for Merit Increase Sample For your understanding in India its called Annual Increment and in Western Countries specially in US and Middle East countires we all this as Merit Increase. I also know that you may not be familier with method of distribution of funds therefore I gave you one sample the first one is for distribution of funds and second is rate of Increments......
