Thanks & same for you!!! well yes u r very true. i am looking for simple yet impressive ppt on HR.

As i told u earlier I am working in a small security concern. As if now there was no existence of full fleged HR Deptt. I am working in this firm from last 1 year. Now Manament is asking me to give presentation before top mgt on HR department, its function, best pactices, policy, procedure , my own suggestions which I can take as an intiative. the day of presentation is on coming friday. My own knowledge is not very wide therefore I need a contribution from you which i can add to make it one of the best i had ever given before.
