    Dear sir,
    The postings in citehr is very useful and informative. Thanks to all. In the ppt on Labour Laws by Mr. Madhu, ICFAI in slide no 117 it is stated that the establishments employin more than 50 employees shall isuue notice 3 months in advance for retenchement. The amendment to this effect may kindly be supplied.

    dear Forum Members,
    Myself is anamikasv and i am working with a hospital as HR consultant.its a Pvt. Ltd organisation and 20 yr old. my question is that, we want to give our house keeping dept on out sourcing but emplyees of house keeping are not ready for the same as there are some employees who passed their age or retirment and not performing up to the mark even then they are not willing to accept their retirment. and the out sourcing body do not want to continue with them. Dear members please guide me how i can handle this problem if they will stand againt the management. what legal formalities we have to follow if we are giving on out sourcing and if we are inforcing retirement on them( we are not in the favour to terminate them).
    Matter belongs to uttar praesh.
    I will be highly thank full to all of them if any one can help me out as earliest posible.
