According to my knowledge this is only for govt employees not for private one....

"maternity leave has been enhanced to 6 months".....I don't think so.....I haven't seen/read anywhere. It may vary org to org but i think it has not been enhanced as a rule.

Have a query!
In my co one is absent since last 7days since his grand mom has hospitalized as per his word. Have asked him to come nd meet so that we can workout some times to work since due to his absence the company is sufferring......he is straightly denied to come as well as denied to submit his grand moms medical papaers also. We have asked him to submit to prove the genuinity. Can we 'terminate with cause 'as on date?
