Hi All
Am working in an IT Company, and am asked to prepare the Salary Survuy.
Kindly help me if you have any format. Also pls guide me how should I start with and from where should I start.

Hi All
As per ma company policy, newly joined employee will be entitled for 10 days of leave for the first year, it is not defined under any CL,SL, PL. Its a consolidated 10 days of leave.
One of our employee has taken 9 days of continuous leave because of illness. since he has already taken 5 days of leave, now he is running under LOP for 4 days. In this case, should i ask him to submit the medical certificate.
Also, I want to know "should we...
