Hi .. am a new addition to the group. I wanted to introduce a performance measure system. We are an IT company with 200 employees. Pls suggest if you have any system with you. Wanted to rate each employee on his contribution, attitude, commitment, delivery, punctuality, ability to work under pressure etc... Pls suggest.
