Gireesh_Content_Writer Hi Darshana,
I am posting an answer to your question on my post. It is on post also.
It is good that you are realizing the importance of training in retaining and motivating people. Beyond this, training makes a person confident about his job and removes various phobias and fears which actually help him to perform even better.
If you want to start focusing on training in your company, first LEARN the various operations/ technologies/ functions of your organization. This will help you create harmonious relations with people and understand what exactly is required. You may also inquire people where they lack, what are their big challenges (and pains) and how do they think they can be better. Believe me this will bring not only knowledge but also respect and honor from others.
Once you have significant information about the organization, I don't think you will have any problem doing it. You may start with simple trainings like communication skills, Interpersonal relationship management etc. and then later on take advise from senior management for more technical trainings.
