Sir,

I am an HR in automobile industry, we are using xerox and printouts continuously for the official work but the wastage is increasing day by day.... i tried many ways to come over it (maintaining register, somebody to take care of it) but all got flop.... and I cant sit and check all the time who's taking what... as I am busy always ...so please suggest any idea.

I am working in Union National Bank as a Support staff.

I regret to inform you that I am resigning soon and will be leaving Abu Dhabi. Recent circumstances incompatible with my personal values require that I change my plans. I have passion for HR. So I joined this forum, and let me tell you that I enjoyed every bit of it as the knowledge provided here helped me in my job as well as in my studies. I recently completed my MBA (HR) here in Abu Dhabi and now I am planning to go back and want to learn SAP (HR). I would appreciate any of your suggestion/advise in this regard.

A hectic week-end as usual and a festive Friday following it. Due to the holy month of Ramadan many malayalee associations in gulf region could not celebrate their Onam programmes and lunch normally held on the Friday nearer to the Onam day. Eid Al Fitr is over and the holy week of Navaratri is on. As I wrote here earlier, I was really enjoying each moment of this year’s Eid break. Mind Speaks - Do you love your life and of those around?

I haven’t come to the Mind Speaks section of my English blog for some time. It is not that my mind was not speaking or stopped speaking. It is due to the fact that it was speaking too much elsewhere that it didn’t get an opportunity to pass by this side. It was wearing a different language cap and expressing it thoughts and moods without any holds as it arrived.

Life has been never easy for me. 20 plus years in UAE...

Wish it had rained in the morning of 25th July 2008!

A regular visit to Bengaluru with lots of schedules and plans ended finally as an eventful one. Normally, what would have been a travel to the city outskirt meeting places in the morning had to be changed due to problem with functioning of the LPG and fuel option of my hired car and as he was my regular driver, I asked him to get it fixed and ventured out on my own within the city. By 1:30 pm we were on our way to Whitefield from the city limits. And in one hours time, news and reports started coming...

In the recent times in international news media we see an influx of advertisements coming out with yoga postures in them to promote a variety of produce from building projects to automobiles to investments schemes. One thing we can be proud of from these ads is the fact that we belong to a country of Tradition, Values and Culture. Even if we do not try to promote them, the roots planted by our ancestors have grown sufficiently enough to give the plants of their hard work to promote those values...
