    hi...
i am a junior member,i worked with a company for 5 years and theb was sent for MBA full time course, after completion,i rejoined the company and worked for one year.however,i started feeling exploited in terms of compensation and profile i got to work .i decided to leave and left the company.now,my previous employer has sent me three letters and threatened me for lagal action to recover the fess and salary paid during my MBA program.I have not signed any bond with company .
does it make a case where i can be sued under law.i have admitted to company that i always asumed the sponsorship as reward for my performance and have sent proper intimation of my resignation.

pl help me with ur advice.i have come to know about ur expertise in these matters thru frens of mine ,members of this group.

    pl help..
