I found in many instances your responses on the portal are highly focused and to the point. As i am facing day to day IR and statutory issues and sometimes become orphane without finding legal/logical solutions. I do find in these days your Blog is not updated, Hence, may i request your contact number to speak to you if anything is urgent and seeking your valuable inputs.

The Honble Prime Minister of India, has launched the Shram Suvidha unified portal of Ministry of Labour and Employment on 16.10.2014 and brought four Labour Acts viz, CLC(C), EPFO, ESIC and DGMS. Since there is no feed back in detail from the respective department for enforcement of the same. I request the members of this forum if any body has got the informations about the launch of the above and share the same for the information of the members.
