The online link of the thread is as follows:-
Sir, I could not trace out the section or rule under above Act vide which the "employed persons" getting wages more than Rs. 18000/- per month are excluded from the protection of said Act. I hope, your goodself will like to see the matter and advise me accordingly so that I may be able to up-date myself. With regards. Harsh Kumar Mehta.
This is UDAY working in HR dept and my query is that, One of my employee is asking me that he doesn't want to take PF enrollment at the time of his date of joining...
What are the ways to exempt that particular employee from PF.
1. I came to know that if employee is not having PF account in his previous organization we can also exempt him from PF..
2. If we submit FORM 11 can we exempt that employee from PF.
3. If any employee BASIC +DA is above 15000 is there any option for excluding that employee from PF
The question raised by the initiator of the thread is whether it is mandatory for the employers (of small units covered under Shop & Commercial Estt Act) to provide for medical facilities or medical insurance to its employees ?
Though, I have replied, yet I am doubtful about the exact position. I will be thankful, if you may express your views on the subject, so that I may be able to update myself. With regards;
