Default LETS PRACTICE CHANGE STARTING FROM CITEHR

DEAR MEMBERS,

I AM VERY GLAD AND HAPPY TO BE PART OF THIS WONDERFUL FAMILY OF PROFESSIONAL CALLED CITEHR.

CITEHR HAS BEEN CONTINUOUSLY HELPING ME ENHANCE MY KNOWLEDGE AND HAVE BEEN GIVING ME NEW THOUGH LINES IDEAS, CITEHR HAS HELPED CONTRIBUTE MY IDEAS AND ALSO GET REVIEWS ON THE SAME.

CITEHR HAS HELPED ME FORGE NEW FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATE.

I AM HAPPY TO BE PART OF A FAMILY WHICH IS GROWING IN VERY SECOND.

OVER A PERIOD OF TIME AS THE CITEHR IS GROWING I HAVE SEEN THAT AT TIMES WE AS MEMBERS HAVE BEEN LOSING SIGHT OF THE CORE IDEA IN FORMING THIS PROFESSIONAL GROUP CALLED CITEHR

LOTS OF YOUNG BUDDING HR PROFESSIONAL JOIN THIS GROUP EVERY DAY IN THE HOPE THAT THEY WILL RECEIVE GUIDANCE OR ANSWERS TO THEIR QUERY OR APPRECIATION FOR THEIR WORK

BUT I HAVE SELDOM SEEN PEOPLE RATING A POSTING THAT THEY FIND USEFUL, WHICH I PERSONALLY FEEL IS WRONG. I RATE POSTINGS THAT I FIND USEFUL, I WOULD REQUEST OTHERS ALSO TO DO THE SAME,

IF A PERSON CAN TAKE THE PAIN TO UPLOAD A FILE FOR OTHERS TO SHARE , THEN CANT WE SPARE A MINUTE TO APPRECIATE THE PERSONS EFFORTS

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT A PROBLEM THAT HAS BEEN OCCURRING RAMPANTLY IN CITEHR, POSTING BEING POSTED RAMPANTLY IN SECTION WHICH HAS NO RELEVANCE TO THE SAME.

I WOULD REQUEST ALL TO PLEASE GO THROUGH THE GUIDELINES SPECIFIED PRIOR TO PUBLISHING ANY & ALL ARTICLE ON CITEHR.

I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST THAT IT IS NOT WISE TO GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL NUMBERS ON THE WEBSITE WHICH IS ACCESSED BY MANY AL L OVER THE WORLD, NUMBERS IF PROVIDED SO CARELESSLY SAME CAN BE MISUSED AND CAN CAUSE SEVERE PROBLEMS TO ONESELF
THIS ARE VERY SMALL MISTAKE WE MAKE, BUT IF WE AS A FAMILY WISHES TO MAKE THE CITEHR A SUCCESS THEN, WE NEED TO CORRECT OUR ERRORS

I AM NOT PREACHING IDEAS OR IMPOSING THOUGHTS, BUT REQUESTING ALL MEMBERS TO THINK ABOUT THE SAME, IF THEY FEEL I AM CORRECT, THEN WOULD REQUEST ALL TO ACT UPON THE SAME.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME PATIENCE AND COOPERATION

MUCH OBLIGED
OCTAVIOUS

Dear Octavious,
It's my 1st joining a site. Your notes is just right!.
I viewed the HR sap attachment you provided, I never knew it can do so many hr functions. You will not believe if I tell you it's been way under utilised at my organisation, which prefer to do most hr related work manual!.
Thank you.

The presentations send forth are just the basics of SAP to be implemented. But for better and effective implementation it is very important to capture the AS IS process and accordingly map and thereafter implement the SAP process.. Especially the Time management system wherein it is always better to implement with a negative time mgt system wherein u provide the inputs to the sap system externally.

Nice post Octavious, but the sad thing is that whatever you mentioned above has already been highlighted by many members, like spamming the cite with ads / job request / consultancy etc in almost all sections, i see some really educated people spamming the cite and promoting their organisation, many times I have mentioned them to refrain, but many new members just want to get their job done and are not interested in sharing knowledge , we really need some active moderators in this cite, who will keep a tab on activities going on in this cite.

Hi Octavious,
I have been associated with cite hr since less than one month and I find that this cite has many types ofpostings, icluding job search, job offers, job postings etc as well as very good HR informations. You said tha it is fair to share our knowedge and information with others. But suppose they misuse it ?
Recently I offered to provide some information to a member to conduct a personaliy development training programme. But that member was gi on asking for psychometric tests and har copy of trainig materials. We could share our opinions. But copy right materials can not be shared with others. This, I feel is my professiona ethics. So please do not insist for such informaion.
Thanks & regards
Gopan
