Prime Responsibilities of Job :
1.Co ordinate the preparation of business plan and periodical revision thereof
2.Preparation of standard product costing and periodic revision thereof
3.Preparation of periodical MIS reports with respect to
·Sales
·Production
·Profit / Loss
·Cash Flow
·Working Capital
·Product Costing
4.Analysis of operations and financial data including variance analysis vis-a-vis business plan and past actual and presentation thereof to operation and senior management
5.Red flagging of issues for appropriate management action
6.Assist the financial controller in day today tasks

Specific Skill set, if any : With at least 3 years at same level and above with reputed organizations.

Essential Skill Set Required : Aggressive sales background covering large geographical areas especially Americas & should have handled P&L and manufacturing.

Relevant Industry : Lamination (Packaging / Film will be added advantage)

Prime Responsibilities of Job : (70:30 ŕ Sales : Mfg)
·Consistent increase in Sales and Margin targets for the assigned Region in line with the business plan.
·Responsible for the overall operations including manufacturing
·Preparing & monitoring of annual budgets (Annual Business Plan)
·Develop an in-depth knowledge of all company and competitor products, within area of responsibility.
·Create strategies to link customer needs with that of the organization’s objectives.
·Ability to think strategically and develop 3 – 5 years roadmap.
·Understand unmet needs of customers and work with Application Development for product development.
·Expand sales of other products (such as packaging) over a period of time.
·Responsible for current assets: A/R, Inventory management & Working Capital
·Work in unstructured environment & across different cultures.
·Proactively and assertively seek out and maximize selling opportunities.

Industry knowledge / background on Lamination is MUST (with Packaging / Film being added advantage). Prior experience in Distributor & Direct Sales Management.
