I have been terminated  in MAY 2009 by MNC life insurance company on the ground of Non performance in the sales, as i achieved only 50% of the target. in last two months i was in PIP and they said any thing can happen if you dont achieve the target. unfortunately i was terminated, they didnt give any salary other than 11days basic pay. i recieved only 6500 after two months my CTC was 3.00L. i was confirmed employee since 21 months.<br />
<ol style="list-style-type: decimal"><li>My question is can i claim 2-3 month salary as compensation under Labour law.</li>
<li>can i sue  my boss as he didnt gave me chance to resign as he was waiting for instruction from head office and finaly he  hand over the termination letter.</li>
<li>MY career is no more good due to termination can i sue all people involved.</li>
</ol>Please guide me i lost my job, my reputation no company is giving me chance to work in life insurance company because i was terminated only on the ground of sales target.<br />
