I am an MBA (finance /marketing) from a reputed B school in Tamilnadu. Started off as communication trainer after declining my campus offer in Sundaram Finance which was marketing job . then Switched to placement trainings .
Now i am into this field for 2+ years. as a freelancer visiting colleges/ polytech's to train students.

The income and the idle time is not viable to me as a freelancer .

I want to join a training company to earn a decent sum and moreover to gather exposure of the corporate culture and see the world of training and Development field so that one day i would be called a Resource person

Could you guide me how do in move on from here

Even though it is a part of HRM, I am very much interested in to other areas of Core HR also. I am doing lot of research on Core HR activities and trying to learn it practically from my HR colleagues.
