Probation period & provident fund Hi Members,

I would like to know that If an employee is under probation, shall we show his name in register.

My doubt is if we show his name in register PF authorities may question us why PF has not deducted. Is there is any rule in Provident Fund, if an employee is under probation there is no need to deduct P.F.

Please give your valuable reply.
