I am Naveen Kumar Lall, having 10-years of experience in IT industry. In this industry I grew up from Engineering Trainee to Engineering Manager.

Within 10-years of experience I got the opportunity to work on different project phases from requirements to testing.

Now I am looking for opportunities to move my-self as Corporate Trainer.
My strengths are people Management activities, estimation techniques,
software development.

1) First, I would like to know what prerequisite to become a corporate trainer? Say some training is required before I take up this as my career.

2) Second, I am also looking for help if I can get some opportunity to work with some one on Part-Time basis with some-one/organization?
