I am Naveen Kumar Lall, having 10-years of experience in IT industry. In this industry I grew up from Engineering Trainee to Engineering Manager.<br />
<br />
Within 10-years of experience I got the opportunity to work on different project phases from requirements to testing.<br />
<br />
Now I am looking for opportunities to move my-self as Corporate Trainer. <br />
My strengths are people Management activities, estimation techniques, <br />
software development.<br />
<br />
1) First,  I would like to know what prerequisite to become a corporate trainer? Say some training is required before I take up this as my career.<br />
<br />
2) Second, I am also looking for help if I can get some opportunity to work with some one on Part-Time basis with some-one/organization?<br />
<br />
Please let me know if some more information is required in this regards.<br />
