<font face="Calibri"><font size="3">I resigned from the services of the company on 30th September 2009 as I wanted to pursue another career goal.</font></font><br />
<font face="Calibri"><font size="3">This company till date has not only not given me my relieve letter but also held back my full and final financial settlement. They have held back my salaries for September ,October and travel related expenses. I have returned all the company properties to the company.</font></font><br />
<font face="Calibri"><font size="3">I gave the company notice period of one month as per the norm of the company. Even after writing several mails and talking to the MD and HR of the company ,my dues have been held back  without any proper reasons.</font></font><br />
<font face="Calibri"><font size="3">I am facing terrible hardships due to this and request your suggestions to plead my case.</font></font><br />

I am an MBA (finance /marketing) from a reputed B school in Tamilnadu. Started off as communication trainer after declining my campus offer in Sundaram Finance which was marketing job . then Switched to placement trainings .<br />
Now i am into this field for 2+ years. as a freelancer visiting colleges/ polytech's to train students.<br />
<br />
The income and the idle time is not viable to me as a freelancer .<br />
<br />
I <b>want to join a training company to earn a decent sum  and moreover to gather exposure of the corporate culture </b>and see the world of training and Development field <b>s<font color="DarkGreen">o that one day  i would be called a Resource person </font></b><br />

Could you guide me how do in move on from here<br />

I am the new member of cite hr. I have gone through the 401K info and got some exposure to it. Can any one of you help me in clariying the below listed doubts.<br />
 <br />
Q) Can an employee contribute 100% of his salary per paycheck towards 401(k) until the annual limit is reached?<br />
 <br />
Q) Once enrolled in the plan, shall the employee has to continue his contribution till he reached his retirement age?<br />
 <br />
Q) For early withdrawl of 401(k) amount, an additional 10% penality tax will be assessed right! Is it applicable to other retirement plans too?<br />
 <br />
Q) In a 50% match up to the first 6% 401(k) plan, can the employee continue to contribute (assuming that the annual limit is not reached) even after the employer's contribution reaches 6% of his salary?<br />
 <br />
Q) Can an employee working for two employers opt for 401(k) from both the employers? If so, will the annual limit will be considered seperately?<br />
 <br />
Q) Is it mandatory that all the employees enroll in the plan and is it mandatory that every employer provides this plan to his employees? Is there any eligibility criteria for employee as well as employer and what is the minimum limit of employer's contribution?<br />
 <br />
Q)Does other retirment plans have the annual limit (not employer related) and are they 100% tax free?<br />
 <br />
Q) Do an employee have any other benefit from 401(k) defined contribution other than getting employer's contributed amount?<br />
 <br />
Q)Defined benefit and defined contribution - which plan is more beneficial to the employee? Can i have some input on defined benefit.<br />
 <br />
Q) In how many days should the 401(k) payment should be done from the paycheck date?<br />
 <br />
Q) Will the employee receive the total retirement amount in one shot in defined benefit plan?<br />
 <br />
Q) In defined benefit plan, can an employee have the option to invest the amount? Can he take avail of loan and withdrwal facility in this plan?<br />
 <br />

<font color="black"><font face="Arial">Please suggest if an employee got a job offer from another Co. and he wants to leave our Co. within 15-20 days as the other co. will not wait for him for 3 months </font></font><font face="Arial"><font size="3">and our CO. is forcing him either to serve 3 months notice period or he has to pay 3 months salary. </font></font><br />
