i m working in insurance co as sales manager as it was campus placement i just joined...............now i want to shift into hr n want to leave ths co
but now i m nt getting any job in hr insted i m grtting in cosultancy
wat to do shul i join consultancy d sum course in Sap hr

 |  hi sonia, if u hv got d job in hr n also interested , go for that... bt u hvn't clarified that which course u wer in??? Like 2 months back i cmplted my PG in hr... n started part time hr..i was nt gettin any jobs in hr... i started as a recruiter in a consultancy... aftr 2 months ...i gottta job as in hr exe. jus last monday.... so go as a recuiter ..coz itz a part of hr n if u r not from HR background.. learn n part time Diploma course from any where, it will help u...hope u got it...........
