Recrutiment Database Software

Hi All,

I am new to this site and am quite impressed with the information this site carries. I am working for a R&D company as HR officer. We receive a lot of CV's through our internal references and direct applications. Now I am finding it difficult to track all of them. Can any one suggest me any recruitment software which is user friendly and cost effective?
