I need your suggestions to arrive some variant of our current incentive scheme.

Our current incentive scheme is directly related as a % of the target business set for every sales personnel with a cut off as 80% on target for eligibility, 81-100% as 2% and 100%+ is 2%+1% of 2% value....an individual who achieves and exceeds gets an average of Rs.40000 to Rs. 3.5lacs.... the majority of business achieved is on routine production order, regular and repeat orders...and...
