Medical reimbusrement while on leave

Does a person leaving without information for 2 months with an intention for leaving the organisation is entitled for medical reimbursement & LTA for the said period. Though he was paid salary for the entire period on leave, before submiting his resignation .

Hi,

Needed some information on the following:

If an employee is on loss of pay for 3 months & he passed away in the 3rd month, will he still be eligible for EDLI Claim?
