Every morning list out the tasks for the day.

Allot tasks to team member. This be done on a piece of paper, written briefly, not more than a page.

Follow up the working, appreciate the work, when a good work is done.

Reprimand the individual, if the same is not done.

Team is generally reflection of the Team Leader, and therefore introspect as well. Interpersonal relations and behavioural aspects are tools to get things done and not done.
