I have to submit a report for my reward and recognition nomination , can anybody help me how can i give my best ,what all i should inculde?
I am taking care of recruitments,pre joining ,post joining,exit interviews and employee engagement.

| | You need to plan the stages very importantly. First you need to get the budget from the management and plan the rewards and recognition that you will give away to the employees. How you are planning to give, whether as a get-together, or clubbing it on a annual day. And then you need to prepare timelines for all the stages in the R &R programme, eg. collation of reports and feedback, rewards publication, recognition publication dates. |
