I must say that technical ideas are best to sit in a best position. In my short span of Professional life i have seen infact realized how i lost oppoutunities just because of proper ideas at proper time.

I will come back to that but now i am really in need of Pay Raise But i dont know how to initiate that !!!

Just help me in this regard if anyone is there.
