ISNT it quiet amazing...

we all tell tall tales of how OD is working wonders in organizations.

But little do I hear about any ROIS being presented. I'm an firm OD believer and praqctioner in my org, but I usually get stuck when people aske me " What will I get out of this"

YEs there is cultural alignment?
Yes there is objective setting, Development planning, PMS all aligned..
Yes there is competency mapping!!!
