Here is my take on the HRMS options:
If you are looking for a branded software with budget over 35 lacs: Adralin or Peoplesoft (Depending on your budget), website: www.oracle.com and www.peoplesoft.com
If you are looking for medium size software with budget between 2-12 lacs, best options are Mentis (from Bennett) and PocketIn (from sage), website: www.bennettss.com and www.sagesoftware.in
If you are looking for a very low cost software with budget between 20K and 1 lac try JSM technologies (desktop based so be careful if you have more than one location) or orange payroll (against desktop based)

How To recharge your CAREER -PERSONALLY /PROFESSIONALLY:icon1:

Dear Job Seeker or Job giver,

As your career counselor I would like to share few things point wise.Ok Read on...

1. First Stop worrying :( and start acting positively.Ask yourself , If by worrying about future will you land up in a job? You know the answer.

2. Since you are [Your educational qualification],Take time off from your friends/ social circle , take a note book and a pen , switch off your mobile and tell your family that you will be off for day or two and not to worry, sit calmly in place[maybe your favourite god's temple/church/gurudwara.any place] .Do Your SWOT:idea: [ Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats for type your name here]analysis , Write each and every thing, However silly they may seem to be remember success is in THE details .

3. Now answer this question : If I will come to your house at 2 am and wake you and say [your name] Let's do .............. this now ! Fill that blank and that blank is your passion ,mine is photography what's yours ? so arrive carefully on that .Live your passion, One Life to Live Give this a serious thought.

4. Now I do not know your family's financial picture So its your call on the gamble you are going to take .OK

5. Based on your 'S' you should identify the industry domain you will be good at a specific S you possess that is a Universal strength that can be applied across all domains.

6.Improve your English, MS Office ,Internet skills and also start blogging

7. What was the MBA/PG'/Engr project [ final year] you did and why did you do that ? Explain..

8. Future is all about a person who has the desire to learn daily and student till he dies, So always have the positive attitude to learn something new about your industry verticals and horizontals.Expand your GK.In short as circuit says in lage raho munnabhai .."GYAN BAANTNA CHAHIYERE , KYA TERE PAAS RAKE SADELA HAI" See Lage Raho and Lagaan again.

9. Upgrade your tech skills , learn basics in computer hardware or networking, mobile repair, This is a retirement plan axn.Simple these industries can never have slump you can go to remote place in India you can survive .Got It

So Pal "Tension lene ka nahi , dene ka ",

Kya Samjhe, C'mon Smile Things will be ok , I can see your smile :-P that's a good sign .Go spend some time with your grand parents or your fave uncle whom you he not met for along time.
