CTC Calculation based on Joining Date

Hi,
Please find attached excel file, which we will use for marketing performance of employees.
Plesae help me to do CTC calculation (PRO-RATA basis) will be automatic based on Joining Date.
Presently i am doing manually.
Ex : If we are doing for Apr'08, if employee Dt of Joining is before Apr'08, his full CTC should display.
If he joins in the month of Apr'08, CTC should display in PRO-RATA basis. If Date of joining is after Apr'08 CTC should be blank.
I hope you people understand what is my requirement.
I am sure this can be done using IF condition.
Pls help me ..
