true, but they also win if we sacrifice ourselves without a fight. they do not have the right to destroy lives. for those who have lost someone, it's not about the terror, it's about the senseless and the shattering loss.

indeed, is it enough to say that "hey, u did not get me this time and guess what, i am not terrorised either. tomorrow, i am going back to work"? as a nation, when will it get to the point when our response will change to "enough, we will make sure that you don't dare again, whatever it takes". guess, the common man cannot do much about it.. though i do hope collectively, we can let our voice be heard.

though i may have felt as strongly for any other city, in many respects, Mumbai is the city I love like no other.. pains me to see it held hostage, be it by these murderers or by Raj's goons.

2. Java/J2EE Developer - 2 Positions (Experience: 1 year to 2.5 years)


Should have a Background in Computers with a graduate/Post Graduate degree preferably in Computer Science. Experience in Web Technologies, AJAX, Experience in SQL, and MSSQL, MySQL and RDBMS database concepts, complete Software Development Lifecycle and Development methodologies in OOAD and UML.

Programmers, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE,XML,XSLT,Javascript,<wbr>CSS,DHTML, MySQL Database,EJB, JSP, OOPS Concepts, should be able to work on all backend database structures and front end architectures like MVC, strong understanding of databse locking and pooling concepts, possess expertise to handle code and debugging independently as well as in the team. * Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Technical undergraduate degree
* Ability to travel to client sites if necessary(local clients only)
* In depth exposure to RDBMS design and implementation.
* XML and XSL knowledge, UML and Design Pattern usage techniques
* Expertise around Service Oriented Architectures.
* Development of high-quality Java / J2EE open source applications (using MVC)
* knowledge of web services and SOA based app structure is highly preferable
