Help me in sustaining

Dear all...,
This is a fresher newly appointed for X orgn and i need some tips to sustain in the orgn and learning the orgn quickly. Even though i know i need to be familier with MS-Excel i am not perfect in that. So hw could i really get all this stuff.
Plzzz give me some tips and if possible ur experiences when ur new

 | Leaen one excel tip every day.More you use excel more you become pro in it. Read and read as much as possible.Being a fresher every one is aware about your less experience in using practical approach but if you know the theortical approach as well every one will value you.. |
