I remember I was in Sydney at my sister's place when I decided to do a complete revamp of the website network - that was December last year. The sites were literally crawling and I was getting emails from about 10 members a day about the problems.

The first task was to find a developer who can work on this with me. I considered renting a office space and hiring developers - but somehow it didn't seem viable - it would not only add to the overhead costs but also add problems related to managing the employees. So I went to Elance.com and searched for companies who can help me with this. After about 10 days of searching and interviewing I finally narrowed it down to this one company in Romania.

They were awarded the project and started work - meanwhile I budgeted for the software and development fees while writing specs for the project. They got done and I released the site on 24th April after about 14 days of down-time. But the websites were still crawling.

So I decided to hire a network administrator to look into the server problems. The company's name is Fullestop [rather corny] but they did a very good job - as we all can see!

Now at last the site loads as expected and people can actually start using it without any problems -phew!

Now onto some modifications to the site and finding moderators!

Very good work, good aesthetics than before. Hard work really pays - This is the best example.
