We may soon be shifting out of the place I had rented out. I've been living here for the past four years - this is where citehr was created.

Why tagging is important and cool

Tagging creates a completely new way of categorizing and searching. This is a kind of human verified way of categorizing threads.

How it helps

If enough number of people start tagging threads then we can easily compile authoritative lists on subjects.

For example take a look here:

http://www.citehr.com/tags/

The tags show which were the keywords which were tagged the most in the last 30 days. Now clicking on any link will give you...

I don't know about you but I am definitely enjoying the new upgrade - strangely I feel like being more active than ever before

I am done with the new wave of changes and everything seems to be working well - but if you come across any problem do let me know via my profile or my group

I've been up all night and now its finally time to get some sleep - oh well.. maybe I'll upload a few more snaps to my album.

I remember I was in Sydney at my sister's place when I decided to do a complete revamp of the website network - that was December last year. The sites were literally crawling and I was getting emails from about 10 members a day about the problems.

The first task was to find a developer who can work on this with me. I considered renting a office space and hiring developers - but somehow it didn't seem viable - it would not only add to the overhead costs but also add problems related...

Two new servers - total of three

We are adding a high config server today. The website load time should improve greatly and we should be able to support more members simultaneously.

In all we now have three servers - one http, one ftp and one very powerful mysql server.
