Is it really because they cannot hear...so mistake one for the other…
Like, when IT was told ki CD chaiye, he said woh ghar ke bahar hai.

This IT guy is very very witty. he can find jokes in the smallest of things. there are times when i simply have to look at him and his smile makes me smile. but i wonder how his brain functions..or anybody who jokes and is witty?

probably they are in their own world and hear something and misunderstand it for something...
