India has now seen a positive growth and youngsters have greater responsibility to make this growth sustainable, non-executive chairman and chief mentor of Infosys Technologies, N R Narayana Murthy, said on Saturday.

"Now there is an environment full of opportunities and India is being admired around the globe," he said. Murthy was speaking on "Institution Building" at the Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad.

During one of the job interviews, I was asked one interesting question. The interview itself was scheduled at 2:30 on a blazing May afternoon. The interviewer, an engineer by qualification, seemed like a half psychologist. He himself was prepared for the interview and was asking me questions carefully, jotting down all my responses on a piece of paper he had. The interview was almost going on for an hour when he asked me, what was the time of the day I can rate myself as Generally Least Productive....

Can anyone give the clarification on gratuity ??

If gratuity is part of CTC letter given by the company and the employee left before 4.5 years. Will he eligible to get the gratuity ???

Can somebody help me.. i joined a organisation with 6 lakhs as CTC including TDS which has to be deducted.

and it includes Bonus, PF,Mediacal allowance of 15000 per anum and LTA.

Now they say u can structure your salary and give us the break up. somebody pls work out the break up. to maximise my take home ans as well save on taxes
