any one of you suggested me, how to track the employee's who r all coming late to office.We don't have access control in our office.

I have joined a new company just two months ago as Officer HRD.

Hi All,

My name is Rajeev. I am working in a BPO in Noida. I am interested in opening a small business (not a shop kind of thing).

Can some one help me and give some ideas for the same. Currently I am in contact with Franchise of Canadian Sweet Corns. The cost for franchise is only 50,000. The returns are good so this is one. But I would like to go for manufacturing.
