Hello All,

In India Human Resource Executives/ Managers are appointed only for the recruitment purpose. Their main and prime role is recruitment. HR are responsible only to line up interviews and helping the new joinee to complete the formalities, making them feel comfortable, showing them the pantry , canteen and toilets.
