Dear Sir/ madam

I have done M.A ( Economics )& M.B.A - Hr ( Correspondence) I have totally 9 yrs of work experience in General Administration. Sicne i have completed my M.B.A course i HR. i am planning to SAp - HR.. Can anyone suggest me will SAP HR fetch me a good job??? And also i would like to know what sort of job opportunities will be available after completing SAP HR???

My sisters are in US . I would like to know whether SAP HR got any value or job opportunities...

Can people intensive companies run without HR software? Well they can if you have tons of hr teams doing drudging administrative work, or you can get your hr software to work for you.

In my experience, HR Administrative software only improves productivity to a small extent. It automates manual processing work, and helps you get data when you want it.

But the killer HR employee app is the self services. Nothing like having the employee himself/ herself put in the request...

Clear my doubt

suppose a company is deducting TDS on rent and paying it.A customer deducts TDS for the payment he needs to give.For example we pay TDS on rent as 5000 and our customer has deducted a TDS of Rs.7000.the doubt is can we adjust that tds a/c and pay only rs.2000.
