Warning! You may be infected with a virus that could be lethal to your sales, your public relations and even your social life. I call it a "Verbal Virus".

Verbal viruses are meaningless fillers that speckle our speech, distract from our message, drain our impact and annoy listeners. I call them verbal viruses because they seem to be contagious and we pick them up without
being aware of it.

Hi I wish to work in a HR consultancy.I have 2.6 yrs of exp with a degree in MBA (distant learning).Currently iam working as a HR generalist.Can some one suggest me how to get started or what course to pursue?

Why do people stay late?

In office I mean.

Sometimes nothing better to do at home, sometimes to get into the good books of manager or may be sometines to avoid being with friends / family (? !!).

Dont know . each might have their own reasons.

But you should try staying late once a while. Ah sometimes its so good.
No one else to bother about, bothing else to think about. You can have your time.

Silent. Quiet. Tranquil.

Try once. But dont make it...
