Effective Communications!

Communication Skills is not about being able to talk well or explain well, or as the common lingo goes, sell well! Communication be definition consists of a) talking and b) Listening. The talking and listening can be further discussed as verbal and non verbal... However, there is another aspect of communication skill that needs to be addressed in the context of life today - The Conflicts. they arise out of reasons, non-reasons, perceptions and what not.

A Jobless man applied for the position of 'office boy' at Microsoft. The HR manager interviewed him then watched him cleaning the floor as a test.
