Please explain, on submitting of Quarterly Returns under Employment exchange. (Form ER-1)

Due date is July 30, 08 for quarter ending June 30, 08.

Does all companies file the returns? What happens if any one does not submit the returns?

HI. Can anyone elobrate on this term. Its called fringe benifit tax. Is the employer liable to pay this and does he needs to cut this from his employees salary. Please advice.
