I am working with well known HR outsourcing co. as Associate HRD from last 6 months, Now the problem is that I have to leave co because of my pregnancy. ESIC is deducted from my salary. Can anybody help me how I can get Maternity benefit or suggest me how, as per my knowledge I will not be aligible to get ESIC benefit, however it is ded. From my salary.
