Dear Senior & Colleague

I'm into the HR domain for the past 1.5 yrs, however I have no idea Am I into the right profile. As of now M handling litle bit of recruitment, helping new joinee wit the joining formalities, greviences, leave & attendance, coordinating with our consultant for PF & ESI. And the most worse part is M on third party pay roll. Plz advise me sud I look for a change?

Dear Friends,

I am working with a Real Estate Company. We are in the process of determing KRAs. Kindly help if anyone has any idea or suggestion as to how the KRAs in the real estate can be fixed, how targets can be decided etc
