any one clarify me. does hospitals in Tamil Nadu falls under Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishment act. because i was informed by one of the legal consultant that Hospitals are exempted from TN Shops and establishment act.

I hav got a project in one of the IT companies to suggest and develop a mechanism for maintaining the CVs that come to them through different sources
and create a database where anyone can find out the CVs quite easily .

I want to know two things
1) is it a good project
2) What r the measures that i shud suggest
