Hi,

I have 4 yrs of exp in a bpo & now I want to mov to HR.Kindly let me know if I am suitable for AM position or shall I start from a consultncy firm.

planning to quit and joining a budding training institution

Hi all,

I am currently working as a Training Executive in one of the most reputed org( employeestrength-70000). Now planning to quit and joining a budding training institution as Manager( employee strength-07).

Please advice if it's a wise decision....

Sometimes I feel it just rushes past you in a blink
