Hi,

There was nothing new in past few days so I did not write any thing. All of you must be enjoying pleasent weather. I was/am busy in seraching new business. as I told earlier that I am running a facility company in gurgaon. it is a contractual business and you always run for new busniess because our contracts are yearly based.
If any body want job of site executive can write to me. and if anybody want my company services can also write me.

A discussion thread on the forum today, got my senses reeling.
A fellow member posted a query today regarding a woman employee who is pregnant...but not married.

The responses were highly appreciable until, some fellow members reacted a little too personally on the matter..claiming cultural values being compromised in such cases.

It seems a little to strange that people even today consider such instances as a stigma to the organisation and evaluate an employee...

This is Pallavi……im pursuing my MBA from ICFAI and has opted for HR and marketing (Dual specialization).
I’m planning to do a certification course in SAP but am not sure which module I should go for which will give me an edge over others during the placements.
