Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)

Hello Everyone,
It is said that SAT has five main phases - 1. Analysis, 2. Design, 3. Development, 4. Implementation and 5. Evaluation.

From the task analysis Student Learning Objectives (SLOs) are derived.

Terminal Objectives (TOs) and Enabling Objects (EOs) are essential to achieve SLOs.

Please throw some light on the details of TOs and EOs. How are the worked out and is anybody following SAT in their Organisation who can help me understand...

Getting Labour certificate

Greetings for the day 2 all members,

I would to start my own business (Mainly service field - Piping) contarcting labour for the same.

I do not know how to proceed for labour employment certificate, ESI & PF for the employees.

my request you all , to guide me for getting the same.

& also, please brief me what are the acts involved in the same, their conditions & formalities to be fulfilled.

Plagiarism in training

There is a lot that is said about this topic however it is one of the most prevalent problems in the training and development industry. Plagiarism, according to Wikipedia is "the practice of claiming or implying original authorship of (or incorporating material from) someone else's written or creative work, in whole or in part, into one's own without adequate acknowledgement."
As trainers or people from the training development field this is something we see or practice and choose
