its saids " first impression is the last impression " .. its true but i think along with this last impression lasts for good.
If you think about an employee who has resigned from the organization its very importtant for the organization to bid him a bye properly and nicely. The enmployee should not leave with any bitter ness in his/her heart. This will always motivate him/her to return back to the same company

I have a doubt on PF contribution: one of our new employee worked with pubilc sector, he has took the VRS, and joined a private company, at that time PF pesion contribution has been paid in his old pension account. now he is requesting to continue in that a/c of his pension fund and he wants to with draw the his contribution.

If any body knows about this kindly guide/ suggest, how it will do.
