i am working with a company from past one year but my company does not follow all hr activities like performance appraisal ,training & development.my lack of experience in this area is becoming a cause of rejection in other companies.i want to switch over to such a company wherein i can get exposure to all HR activities.

Couple of days back, while i was working on my computer, i found something strange !
I had a lot of folders open, Suddenly one of the folders, didn't respond !
When i closed it, to my surprise all the other folders also closed !?
What is the cause for this ! I mean, the folder that crashed had closed, that's fine.
But, why should all the folders close ?!
Can't we avoid the other folders from closing ? Actually, We can !
